Account & License

How do I activate my license?
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your Profile page
  3. Enter your license key in the "License Activation" section
  4. Click "Activate License" button

Your license will be activated immediately and you'll have access to all calculation tools.

Can I use one license on multiple devices?
Yes, you can log in to your account from any device. The license is tied to your account, not your device. However, sharing your account credentials with others is not permitted.
What happens when my license expires?
When your license expires, you'll still be able to access your account and view your saved calculation history. However, you won't be able to perform new calculations until you renew your license.
How do I reset my password?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email address, and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

What standards do the calculations follow?
Our calculations are based on various international standards including DIN EN 15746-2:2021-05 for braking performance, and other relevant engineering standards. Please refer to each tool's documentation for specific standards used.
Can I download calculation reports?
Yes! After completing a calculation, you can export the results as a professional report document. Click the "Export" or "Save Document" button to download your report.
Is my calculation history saved automatically?
Yes, all your calculations are automatically saved to your history. You can access them anytime by clicking the "History" button in any calculator. You can also give custom names to your calculations for easy reference.
How accurate are the calculations?
Our calculations follow industry-standard formulas and methodologies. However, all results should be verified by a qualified engineer before use in actual applications. Please read our Disclaimer for important information.

The calculation is not working. What should I do?
  • Ensure all required input fields are filled correctly
  • Check that your license is active
  • Try refreshing the page
  • Clear your browser cache
